It was time to have a Hobbit-themed party at Rose Stone Cottage & I have to say we all left with full bellies and full hearts.
I served a hibiscus berry tea cold & then offered several varieties for hot. Everyone brought delicious food to share, themed music played in the background, and we played Totem – a game that builds you up and helps you see how your friends see you.
At the end of the party the dogs & my chackens got a lot of treats and attention, making for some laughs (and cute pictures).
Honey cakes… strawberry creams… candles lit everywhere… my friends pouring encouragement into each other…
It was a relaxing tea I’ll hold close to my heart for a long time.
